The Conclave is the high council of the Amar Kabal. It is located in the large kingdom of the Seven Vales.
Seeds of Rebellion[]
Galloran takes his small party of rebels to the Seven Vales. He hopes to gather enough volunteers to join his party to go on a delegation to the Temple of Mianamon. After a duel with the Conclave member Naman, the Conclave agrees. Some Amar Kabal that join the Delegation are Farfalee, Jasher, Drake, and Nollin.
